A: A Drive-Up Lease Return Center is a facility that allows you to return your leased BMW.

Q: What do I need to bring with me?

A: You will need the remainder of your lease documents, including any prepaid service charges, the documentation received at signing, and all keys.

Q: Why should I turn in my BMW lease at BMW of Cincinnati North?

A: You will be able to turn in your BMW quickly and easily without the added stress of taking it back to where you leased it. We can handle everything for you all in one convenient spot and we offer a number of incentives for turning it back to us including access to our Loaner Car Program, late-night drop-off, and much more! Q: What happens if I have any lease end fees after inspection?

A: We encourage you to take care of all your lease obligations prior to returning your vehicle and we can assist with that process. If you fail to do so, you will receive an invoice from BMW Financial Services invoicing you for the un-settled cost.

Q: Do I need to make an appointment?

A: No, there is no appointment necessary. While you aren't required to set an appointment we do request that you plan to arrive between 9:00 am-5:00 pm M-F. You are also free to schedule an appointment if you feel more comfortable by doing so by clicking below.

Q: How long does it take?

A: Returning your lease takes about 30 minutes. There is minimal paperwork to sign and we'll help remove your license plates. If you haven't had the vehicle inspected, we can help with that, too!

Q: What are your lease return hours and days?

A: Monday-Friday between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm.

Q: Where do I pay the disposition fee?

A: The disposition fee is waived if you buy a new BMW, lease it, or exchange your current vehicle. If not, the disposition fee would be reimbursed to BMW Financial Services. A bill will be sent after the lease has been returned.

Q: Can I return my lease early?

Q: What's the difference between a pre-inspection and a final inspection?

A: A lease maturity pre-inspection is meant to provide lessees the opportunity to correct any issues before turning in their lease. You will receive a bill for any chargeable damages. The BMW of Cincinnati North Auto Spa and Body Shop can also give you an estimate for repairs if needed. Because the final inspection does not allow lessees to repair expenses, it should be completed just before the lease is returned.

Q: Who is responsible for the damages?

A: As a BMW lease customer, you are responsible for all damages incurred as per the contract.

Q: Can you do the work to repair the damages?

A: The BMW of Cincinnati North Auto Spa and Body Shop can repair the work. For an estimate, please contact us and we will happily arrange the transportation of your vehicle to their facilities.

Q: What about my over miles?

A: Over mileage charges vary from $.25/mile to $.30/mile, depending on the model.

Q: Does the car have to be inspected before returning it?

A: It is BMW of Cincinnati North's policy to accept only properly inspected lease returns. Any return that has not been inspected before being returned is subject to auction damage charges. We strongly advise taking the automobile for inspection at our facility on 105 W Kemper Rd in Cincinnati, OH 45246, which is also open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
