      I have recently had surgery, so this letter is late  in coming to you.  Prior to my surgery in early August, I leased  2011, 5 series of which I am sure you are aware.  I just wanted to inform you that due to this upcoming surgery, it was a very hectic time and not really a good time to buy  a new car.  However, I so want to complement both Shaun Sweeney and Norm Dexter for once again doing an excellent job in helping me through this purchase.  Both of them went out of their way to do another excellent job for me in getting this deal closed.  Over the years, they have both been excellent sales people for both my wife, and myself and we very much look forward to doing business with them.  They are a tremendous asset to your organization and will keep me coming back for more.  Their expertise and concern during this trying time has made me a customer  for life with your dealership.  I am finally healed to the point that I can actually drive  the car and I really love it.  Thanks again for having such great sales people that go above and beyond what is expected and also become thought of as friends.

     I want to let you know about my superb experience recently with Jon Ogden at your BMW dealership.  My car (2011 Mercedes E350) was declared a total loss after I was struck head-on in traffic in July. I was interested in purchasing a BMW and it was my good fortune that Jon was available when I visited Jake Sweeney.  After test driving several vehicles, he helped locate a pre-owned 750Li and I purchased the car a few days later.  He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and professional.      This is a note to thank you for the quality of your staff Sales Consultant, Mr. Michael Naveh. Mr. Naveh was truly a Sales Consultant. He was very helpful to me in every way as I made my first automobile purchase in nearly 8 years. When I arrived at the dealership he was very welcoming and established a professional attitude with me. I had to throw out all that I had read on how to buy a car. I trusted Mr. Naveh from start to finish of the transaction. I even came prepared with my own attractive financing arrangement through my credit union. Mr. Naveh looked into the BMW finance division's operation and discovered that I could qualify for an even lower percentage than originally thought to 2.9%-down from 3.9%. I had already agreed to finance the car at 3.9%. Who ever heard of a car dealership doing that-except by dint of effort and wanting to make an effective sure clad sale? Mr. Naveh was straightforward. He said this is a BMW and this is the price. I accepted that view-after all, I wanted a car with literally no options and no extras. The point is that I left the dealership feeling that I was treated by Mr. Naveh to the extent that I now consider him a close personal friend.  I did, however,ask him to throw in two pair of trousers to seal the deal but he refused. Thank you for a great shopping experience and the car wash.

My BMW Car Buying Experience,

      I've taken a bit of a stab at your email addresses so not sure if this will go through or not.  I was just at your BMW Dealership in Cincinnati yesterday to pick up my new X5 SAV.  It's a beautiful car!  
My search for an X5 began back in January and was on-again off-again for a good few months as I went back and forward between a BMW and an Audi.  I had an Audi A4 up until yesterday and loved it but wanted a grown-up car!  I've not had an SUV before and just loved the look of the X5.  Anyway, long story short, I must have chewed Clay Moorhead's ears off for a good few weeks now, going backwards and forwards over a vehicle that I saw online.  I thought I wasn't going to be able to get the deal that I was comfortable with and with a new baby on the way (our first) in January I wanted a car with space but lots of money for nappies (diapers).  Clay was very courteous and patient with my wrangling and we eventually worked out a deal on the perfect car.  It's one of your ex demonstrators but is as good as new!

 I drove the 4 hours from Nashville yesterday, picked up the car within a couple of hours, and drove home.  Very smooth, very cool, and perfect for what we'll need – especially come January!!  So I wanted to pass on my thanks to Clay's management for his time and patience.  I also worked with Darrin in Finance and found him to be a nice guy to spend money with.  I've said thank you to both of the guys but if you wouldn't mind patting them on the back too then I'd appreciate it.  Credit where credit's due.

             I am very happy to report that I am the proud owner of a new 528i.  I also wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the professional service that I got from John Ogden. 
            This was my second BMW purchase, and the first BMW was a 2004 525i series.  It now had 128,000+ miles.  I returned to the facility where I had bought the car and where I had had it serviced for 7+ years.  While I had been pleased with the service I received over the years, the sales effort was below the standards that I expected.  That caused me to look at other dealers.  That brought me into contact with John.
           On Monday, I had called ahead and noted the nature of my needs, namely that my car was in for major repairs and I was looking at the repair/replace option.  I described the general nature of my interest in looking at new cars and newer cars that had been loaners.  When I arrived, John had already looked at your inventory and had obtained basic pricing.  He had print-outs ready for my review, which was not the experience that I had at the prior dealer who merely gave me rough estimates.  This approach allowed me to assess the options that I had available to me.  This also allowed me to then discuss the options with my wife and make a decision in less than 24 hours to go with a Jake Sweeney BMW.  John also gave me a very fair offer for a trade-in for my existing car.
           Yesterday (on his day-off), John met me at the other dealership to allow me to retrieve my things from the car and then drove me to the Jake Sweeney facility to finalize the details.  He gave me a loaner for a day to allow the final financing to be arranged.  Today, I picked up my new car.  John spent time to review the changes in the car and its electronics.  Overall it was a great experience, start to finish.

           I know that John has been with you for 25+ years, and my experience shows why he has been a success.  I thought that you would want to know how well John reflects on your operation.
